New Chemprene Meatcleat mold! 
 
The Chemprene Meatcleat impression has been successfully used by meat processors as a direct contact belt design for many years. Sales of the Meatcleat impression products to our distributor base continue to increase every year. To support this market need, a new Meatcleat mold has been put into service this month within the Chemprene manufacturing facility in Beacon, N.Y.. Now the Chemprene Meatcleat cover impression surface is better than ever before!

Remember - The Meatcleat is also a preferred belt profile for use in many fruit, nut, and vegetable inspection applications.

Chemprene high temperature silicone curing pad materials.

Now available from Chemprene single ply silicone curing pad materials. Whether you need a curing pad for a large belt manufacturing press or for a small belt splicing press, Chemprene can provide a construction that will work for you.
 
Chemprene rotocure vulcanized press pads last substantially longer than competitive RTV materials.

Chemprene's 'Make and Hold Program':
- Inventory reduction.
- Inventory made to order.
- Product available for your immediate release.
 
Several easy steps to reduce your 'in house' inventory:
- Place an order with Chemprene for a slab of belt on 'Make and Hold'.
- Provide a target date* for when the material will be required by your group.
- Chemprene will target your date in production and produce your belt.
- After the material is in inventory you will have 90 days to release the belt.
- You will not be invoiced until the material ships to you.
- You may release the product any time during the 90 days for immediate shipment.
- At the end of the 90 day order aging the material will be shipped and billed.
 
*Typical target date is 4 to 6 weeks from date of order

Chemprene's siped Diamondtop constructions. 

Do your Diamondtop's need more cover grip or flexibility? Consider asking to have your Diamondtops siped by Chemprene.

For a small additional charge your material can be siped to provide additional grip and incline capability. This service is available on both Natural Rubber and SBR product versions. Ask your Chemprene representative for details.

 
 
Chemprene Employee Feature.
 
 Meet Jason Smith:

Jason has been an integral member of the Chemprene belting sales team since 2011. He is currently the Chemprene Midwest Territory Sales Manager and also has responsibility for several key accounts within Chemprene's Northeast belting territory.

Jason joined the Chemprene belting group several years ago coming from the aerospace bearing industry where he worked as a contracts and key account manager. Jason was initially hired into Chemprene's inside sales group.
He quickly advanced and was given outside sales responsibility. In his time at Chemprene, Jason has been very effective supporting the needs of his customers and cultivating new business opportunities.  
 
When Jason is not traveling he lives in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. with his wife, Jessica, and his daughter, Adelaide ("Addie"). They have two dogs, named Willa Wheaton and Wesley Crusher. Jason can be reached at 845-440-4206 when in the office or at his email address at [email protected]
