Volunteer at the Emerson

We still need volunteers to assist with our Schools in the Gallery (SIG) program! SIG is a free education outreach program that connects youth in our community to culturally diverse art exhibits. Every spring and fall we create a team of volunteer docents to lead our Schools in the Gallery program. Docents get the opportunity to learn directly from artists about their techniques and processes used while creating the exhibited body of work and also get a valuable hands-on experience teaching youth in our community. For more information or to schedule a training, please contact Alissa Popken: 406-587-9797 x104 or [email protected].
