A couple of rules:

- with fabrics, only a whole yard counts as "one" for the deal.

- can mix and match - choose from any sale merchandise for your savings, but....

- third (free) items must always be a lesser sale price than the paid items.

- NO RETURNS on any items bought with the March Clearance 3-for-2 deal.
