Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation
As you know California Law now stipulates that homeowners need to intsall carbon monoxide detectors in their homes. The detectors must be intsalled by July 1, 2011. The detectors must be installed on all levels of the dwelling. The detectors installed must be certified and approved by the California State Fire Marshall.
PropertyADVANTAGE will be installing carbon monoxide detectors in all our managed properties at the following price:
- $85.00 - 1 Carbon Monoxide Detector
- $110.00 - 2 Carbon Monoxide Detectors
- $135.00 - 3 Carbon Monoxide Detectors
If you would like to take responsibility for the installation of the carbon monoxide detectors yourself please read, fill-out and return the attached letter to our office on or before the end of day on March 1, 2011. If we do not receive this letter by the end of day on March 1, 2011, then we will take responsibility for the carbon monoxide detector installation.
