Chamber Board Participates in Annual Retreat
The Chamber Board of Directors held a mini-retreat on March 5. It was an opportunity to check in with goals from last year’s retreat and examine the chamber direction for 2018. Progress was made on several of the goals from 2017 including renewal of the Healdsburg Tourism Improvement District, a survey of the business community, outreach to businesses affected by the construction projects downtown and advocacy for live-streaming city meetings. Economic recovery following the October wildfires and the extension of the roundabout construction project are influencing our goals for 2018 which include continued growth for chamber membership, advocacy for a strong and diverse business community, better communication with the community about the value of local businesses and reacquainting everyone with our downtown as its’ new configuration is revealed.

Your Chamber Board works really hard for you and I really appreciate the skills and commitment they bring to their role. Thank you all.
