The Honor Mansion, A Wine Country Resort

Multiple Honors in the 2014 TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards for Hotels

Healdsburg, California - The Honor Mansion, A Wine Country Resort, announced today its selection as the best hotel for Romance #1 in the United States by TripAdvisor in its 2014 Travelers' Choice awards. The Honor Mansion also was honored as #11 best hotel for Romance in the world, and was chosen as a top five hotel in the United States for both the Small Hotels (#2) and Luxury Hotels (#3) categories.

In this 12th year of the awards, the world's most outstanding properties were identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Bargain, B&Bs and Inns, Family, Luxury, Romance, and Small Hotels in the United States and in the world. Unlike any other hotel honors, TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice winners are based on millions of valuable reviews and opinions from real travelers around the world.

"We're excited to recognize the world's best properties, based on the opinions of those who know them best - the millions of travelers around the globe who come to TripAdvisor to share their experiences," said Barbara Messing, chief marketing officer for TripAdvisor. "For those seeking inspiration for their 2014 travel planning, this list of spectacular accommodations that received 2014 Travelers' Choice awards is a perfect place to start."

The innkeepers at The Honor Mansion are thrilled and grateful for these recent accolades.  "We are truly humbled and honored by these recognitions from TripAdvisor.  However, most important, we are thankful that our guests voted and acknowledge the passion we have for serving them and sharing a little piece of our 'heaven on earth'," said Steve and Cathi Fowler, owners of the Honor Mansion, A Wine Country Resort.
