Join Hana for this two-day, 6-hour workshop on Trauma-Informed Yoga.
This course is designed for yoga teachers and other professionals interested in using yoga to support people experiencing the effects of trauma. In this course we'll study how yoga and mindfulness techniques can be used to help individuals manage their symptoms.
We'll also look at trauma-informed teaching methods and will integrate what we learn while practice-teaching.
