Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation
Due to a new California State law, PropertyADVANTAGE and the owners of your home will be installing carbon monoxide detectors.
A carbon monoxide detector will be installed in each of our managed properties. One detector will be installed on each level of the home.
We will be contacting you over the next few months to schedule the installation. We know you will make every effort to be available for the installation.

Property ADVANTAGE strongly recommends Renters Insurance to all of our tenants because it protects your personal property. The property owner's Homeowners Insurance does not cover your personal belongs.
