Is it February already? It feels like we just wrapped up the year at La Descarga on New Year's Eve! While life is moving at warp speed, it's been a pleasure to cater so many special occasions already in 2012. With Mardi Gras right around the corner, we wanted to share this great recipe for Mr. Jim's Louisiana BBQ Shrimp. This recipe has been serving up elbow-deep peel and eat BBQ Shrimp fests since 1954.
