KD Wood Veneered Panels
Wood, a popular material for interior decoration, is hard to maintain and keep from dampness due to its porosity and many other natural characteristics. Therefore, applying paint on the surface as protection has been common industry practice but conventional coating contains highly flammable solvents and emit toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the finishing work.

Since the introduction of the KD-48X Finish, no more on-site finishing is required. Our KD-48X Finish is revolutionizing fabrication methods and significantly reducing installation time frames as well as curbing damage caused to our environment. With the latest coating technology, KD will continue with its dedication to create eco-friendly products.

Our real wood product is not only specified by designers because of its cool colors and patterns but because of its unmatched and durable KD-48X Finish which is scratch, burn, chemical, moisture and mold resistant that has been tested against #000 steel wood and acetone. KD's pre-finished wood veneer has characteristics similar to those of high pressure laminates. Engineered on quality, KD's panels offer high performance, aesthetic and acoustic solutions.

Ultracolor® Plus FA
Rapid-Setting, "All-in-One" Grout Replacement for Sanded and Unsanded Grouts

Ultracolor Plus FA with DropEffect™ technology is an ultra premium, fineaggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, nonshrinking, efflorescence-free grout for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1,5 to 19 mm). DropEffect reduces surface absorption to help repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT™) to eliminate the common problems related to Portland-cement grout, such as color consistency and efflorescence. Along with offering higher polymer content, HCT reduces absorption and increases stain resistance when compared with standard-performance cement grouts. Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated with 10% recycled content and meets the ANSI A138.1 specification for GreenSquared certification.

Decoplast DDARS Notched xps ci System

Insulation on the exterior of a commercial building has received a considerable amount of attention recently for good reason. Energy codes are pushing for higher thermal performance values in commercial building walls, specifically in the form of continuous insulation or better known as CI. This particular approach increases the thermal performance of the wall due to the elimination of thermal bridging. As a result of the improved thermal performance, energy efficiency and occupant comfort within the commercial building is noticeably increased.
 
To meet the required higher R-values  for commercial and multi story residential buildings, Decoplast has created the DDARS Notched xps ci system. This system incorporates a rigid xps foam from Owens Corning (Pinkcore Tight Tolerance) that has been pre sanded on both sides (R-5 per 1" thick) into their commercial/multi story residential moisture managed wall System. Available in 2'x4' pieces and available from 1" to 4" thick designers can now achieve increased thermal values of R-5 up to an R-20.
