About Chez Billy
Located in the Petworth area of DC just steps from the Metro, Chez Billy is an inviting bistro that features exquisite food by Executive Chef Brendan L'Étoile. The bar and upstairs lounge offer an extensive wine list and a full array of cocktails. Visit here
to browse their menu.
The building that houses Chez Billy has a rich history and is included on the National Register of Historic Places. In the days of segregation, Billy Simpson's House of Seafood and Steaks, as it was then known, welcomed such luminaries as the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., Ella Fitzgerald and Dick Gregory. Owners Eric and Ian Hilton have lavishly and lovingly restored the property.
