As of yesterday, we are two months away from launching our premiere issue - and oh, what a launch party we'll have! On May 18th, some of Milwaukee's best chefs, along with a group of the city's most enthusiastic foodies, will team up to throw a fundraiser to welcome Edible Milwaukee to town. We'll have more details on the event soon - for now, be sure to save the date! Tickets will go on sale shortly.

Finally, stay tuned for a blog post about our food adventures a couple of weekends ago! On March 9th, we started out at the Wisconsin Artisan Food Producers Association's Taste & Learn event at Kasana. Then, we visited the Local Farmer Open House at the Urban Ecology Center. We ended up at Glorioso's Italian Market, photographing new and incoming products, and may or may not have eaten our weight in delicious food... We'll tell you all about it, and give you photographic evidence to boot.
