Historic Mars Theatre Supports Library Card Sign-Up Month!
SPRINGFIELD, GA, AUGUST 23, 2016- The Mars Theatre along with Live Oak Public Libraries (LOPL) are celebrating Library Card Sign-Up Month by offering a free small popcorn to anyone that shows their library card on September 10th at any one of three showings of Pete's Dragon (2 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.).
 
September is Library Card Sign-Up Month - a time when libraries across the country remind parents that a library card is the most important school supply.  Live Oak Public Libraries representatives will be on hand at Mars Theatre, Sat., September 10th, one hour prior to the 2 p.m. showing of Pete's Dragon, to assist with library card sign-ups and renewals.  

Minors age 15 and under will need an adult sponsor age 18 or over.  A photo ID and proof of residency or property ownership are required to receive a card.
