Months of preparation, 12+ hour road trip, 12+ hour days on your feet...

And after 8 years I started to realize something magical...

 

 

It makes me happy when the art is well received...

 

 

But it's the personal relationships that have been established throughout the years

 

 

which I treasure the most...

 

 

 

 

Fans become Friends...

 

Friends become Family...

>  Big Bang Theory WB Party

Dragon Boy & Superman!

 

 

As some of you may already know, I had the incredible honor to create an original

painting for WB's Big Bang Theory!

I was ecstatic to see the painting on display at the WB booth at Comic Con!

Here's me being interviewed by the WB crew...

Hopefully I didn't sound like a total dork :)

I guess one of the perks for creating something for a big studio like Warner Bros is

you get to go to their private party at Comic Con!

Here's me dorking out at the WB party on top of Hard Rock Hotel

Highlights include meeting the beautiful Maggie Q from Nikita

A snapshot with Dylan Sprayberry who played the 13 yr old Clark Kent 

And a very bad picture with Henry Cavill who played Clark Kent from the new 

Superman movie, Man of Steel

Henry was probably the easier celebrity to talk to at the event

Super nice and genuine guy

Engaging and shakes your hand after the photo

So here's to Dragon Boy at the WB Party! All thanks to some cats :)

Had a blast live sketching with my buddy Jeremiah Ketner at the Munky King party

 

at Comic Con!

 

 

 

Each team of 2 artists got a 4' X 4' canvas to doodle on

 

Markers are fun!

 

 

   

 

 

 

Surprisingly, drawing in front of a large crowd and cameras was OK!

But I feel like we've already won! 

Not too shabby for a kid who wears his tighty-whities on the outside :)
