Pssst, hey, over here. Can we play matchmaker? We'd love to set you up on a blind date ... with a book. Teens and adults are encouraged to stop by their library on Valentine's Day--February 14--
where you can take a chance on a book hand-picked for you by Deschutes Public Library staff. You'll find a brief description of the book on the plain wrapper, but the rest is up to chance. You never know when you'll find your next (book) love!

Our thanks to library customer Misty who was in the right place at the right time when she captured this beautiful photo of a rainbow over the Redmond Library. I
f there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, then surely there is a bounty of riches to be found under it---and by riches we mean the wealth of knowledge you have access to at your library.
Thank you, Misty!
