Serving over 25,000 children in more than 65 schools annually, Opera Express, is an educational treasure. This program features performances of familiar children's tales and wonderfully creative costumes and scenery - and a valuable moral, of course! - to show students that opera is a fun experience that still has meaning in their own lives and times, all while fostering a love of the classical arts. This year's featured Opera Express program is a young person's version of Mozart's magical opera, The Magic Flute.
