Community professionals interested in learning more about opioid addiction in Oklahoma are invited to join us for a workshop to hear from:

  • Lacey Callahan, Director of Business Development for Cedar Ridge Behavioral Health. Lacey will share her personal history of opioid addiction and recovery, as well as her professional experience working in behavioral health.

  • Lori Carter, Director of Legislative Affairs with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. Lori will present an update on the latest recommendations from the Oklahoma Commission on Opioid Abuse, as well as the Oklahoma lawsuit against opioid manufacturers.

  • Meg Cannon, Certified Preventionist at Eagle Ridge at Northcare. Meg will provide education on opioid overdose reversal using Naloxone including where and how to obtain it and how it is used.
