CenterStaging rolled through Sin City for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, held at the one and only MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. We loaded up the trucks and sent out an all star team of technicians; Leading the crew was Show Dept. head Jan Parent, along with Brian Reiter, Jon Singh, Evan McGill, and John Kyle. These guys were holding down backstage making sure all set changes and backline was on par for the performances by Justin Bieber, Carrie Underwood, LMFAO, The Wanted, Cee Lo Green, Kelly Clarkson, Usher, Linkin Park and Nelly Furtado.

You know Summer is upon you when your favorite radio station announces their festival line up.

Kicking things off this year was the 20th Annual KROQ Weenie Roast with CenterStaging Show Dept. head Johnny Lord and Jon Singh there manning the stage for the best bands Rock has to offer, Coldplay, Incubus, The Offspring, Silversun Pickups, Pennywise, Angels & Airwaves, The Dirty Heads, Garbage, AWOLNATION, Grouplove, Of Monsters And Men, and Walk The Moon, plus surprise performances from Soundgarden, and Beastie Boys tributes by Pennywise and Coldplay.
