Highlights for April
Volunteer of the Year

Congratulations to Barbra Boddie

Barbara Boddie is our Step Aerobics class instructor and has been a Volunteer here at the Connie Hudson Center since the beginning.  She started as a participant then later an assistant instructor and within a couple of years took on the role as instructor.  She demonstrates exceptional service, encourages participation, and ongoing support.  She is always punctual, energetic, and friendly towards all in class.  She is always concerned about the safety of everyone.   She shows good leadership, creativity, and initiative in her role as a volunteer.  Explaining the range of motion to strive for and has an excellent positive attitude for a balance of exercise vs. safety. Everyone likes the music selection she chooses for class.  She always has a bubbly attitude that makes class fun for all. Her class has continued to grow in numbers since she began. She is very popular with everyone and her class tops our list for most attendants. She has volunteered her time with Special Events throughout the years.  She is not only willing but also eager to help make the Connie Hudson Center what it is today.
Thank you to ALL of our Volunteers!!!
