in cooperation with other service providers in Kansas City.

UMKC Institute for Human Development
ACED (Adult Continuing Education) Summer Programs

Missouri School for the Blind (MSB) is pleased to offer Missouri students who are blind or visually impaired six (6) summer sessions focused on developing abilities in Sports, Travel, Culinary Arts, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Performing Arts, and Activities of Daily Living. Through Summer Explorations, MSB provides a non-traditional, high-quality, academic, and functional program designed to supplement the student's educational experience with an emphasis on the Expanded Core Curriculum for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

MO ABLE has launched!
Missouri Achieving a Better Life Experience (MO ABLE) program will allow Missourians with disabilities to sign up for tax-advantaged savings accounts without having to risk losing Federal benefits. With these accounts, individuals in the disability community will be able to save money for things like education, medical expenses, housing, and much more.  More information and registration is available by clicking here.
