Sam's Story
"Several years before Sam’s retirement he and Sharon acquired what you would call a major project car, a 1955 Chevy 210. It took them about 3 years to build that car. It was basically a complete restoration from the ground up. The license plate on that car reads “SHASAM” which stands for Sharon and Sam. After cruising with the 55 Chevy for a few years they bought a 1940 Ford coupe because it was one of Sharon’s favorite cars. I remember if anyone ever needed help with their cars or anything he would always make himself available to help them out. Sam and Sharon really enjoyed cruising and going to car shows and because of them my husband got back into hot rodding. In 2011 when my husband retired we acquired a 1957 Chevy 210 and began cruising and going to car shows with them." Read more
