When it comes to our current physical plant, quite simply, we can't stay where we are. We are in a financially unsustainable position by trying to maintain the 4 buildings we currently have. So quite simply, we have to simplify. We need to maximize our stewardship of the main church structure built in 2009, and streamline our footprint, so that our facilities serve the mission of our church. The attached letter outlines a corporate call toward simplicity that will result in increasing freedom to be more generous toward those being and making disciples among and through our church.       During an All Church Meeting  last Sunday, May 3, the Facilities Planning Committee shared a more in-depth presentation of their findings and recommended proposal.  This presentation can be viewed here.

      We've heard from many of you regarding the proposed recommendations for our facilities. We want to hear if any in the congregation have further comments or concerns. In order to keep the conversation going and address all questions, comments and concerns, an online form has been set up to allow for further feedback.   Please take a moment to fill one out.  The boxes will expand to accommodate your input.

      Each Sunday morning, we receive donations of day-old goodies from Panera's in Wayland to supplement our Coffee Hour. Would you like to join the rotating pick-up team?  If so, please contact Melvyn Wing at 978-821-8947 or [email protected].

Volunteer Offering Counters Needed

       Are you accurate and reliable?  Volunteers count the weekly offering (mostly checks) for deposit each Sunday, and we are in need of new helpers.  Offering counters work in pairs.  Contact Aimee Mury at [email protected] or 508- 358-7717, x303 if this might be a way you could help us.  Training provided! 

Coffee Hour needs YOU!  

       If you enjoy having a cup of coffee while chatting with others after Sunday service, please sign-up (alone or with your Small Group) to host a coffee hour! Participation gives you and your group an opportunity to serve the Lord and is greatly appreciated by your fellow members. If no one signs up, there are no refreshments or fresh cream!  Please sign up at the Connection Hub this Sunday or contact the church office.

Additional Ushers Needed

Our mission:  To welcome every visitor and member to the house of God!

       What is needed:  We really need to beef up our Usher volunteer teams. 

        Ushers are absolutely critical in helping newcomers form their first impression of TCC. You help set the tone for the worship experience. You are representatives of God's kingdom.
