I can't believe its being so long since I last wrote my Art Newsletter, hope you missed me. I surely missed you!

So many things have happened since last November, good and bad, but let's just focus on the good things!

To start, I'm now represented by the Kehler Liddell Gallery, located at New Haven's Westville area, in CT. We are currently having a group exhibition that will have a reception during Westville's Art Walk event, so save the date!

I have moved my studio to Erector Square, in New Haven, and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am there. Everyone has been so welcoming, and being surrounded by creative like-minded people is the best environment for an artist to grow!

As I mentioned it in my November Newsletter, I'll be teaching two workshops at the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, during pre and post 8th International Encaustic Conference, for which I'm so excited about, and they are almost sold out. So act fast if you would like to take any of my two workshops.

On the other hand, I'm happy to share with you that I've curated an exhibition, INNER JOURNEYS, and proposed it for the 8th International Encaustic Conference. I was accepted by the conference directors, Joanne Mattera and Cherie Mittenthal, and it will be on display at the Julie Heller Gallery in Provincetown, MA,in June. Read below for more details, and save the date!

I continue to teach at the Arts Center Killingworth, and will start teaching a Special Workshop at the Creative Arts Workshop, during their summer calendar.

Last but nor least, Ines Batll, Art Director at Art Tour and Encaustic in Spain, has invited me to be their instructor, during a whole week of workshops and sight seeing in Barcelona and The Costa Brava in September. I'm thrilled with the opportunity, not only to travel to Spain, but also to teach encaustic painting and sculpture using a natural material that is abundant in that region of the world, CORK.  I have already planned different workshops to teach artists on how to successfully incorporate this new material into their works, to continue expanding their unique visual language.

Don't forget to see the exhibitions I list below, and try to stop by and say hi if you get a chance. Would love to see there!

Hoping for warmer weather to finally arrive!

See you aROUND,

CORINA.-

P.S.: There's a special offer for you at the bottom of the newsletter, don't miss it!
