Phillip Kilbridge, Chief Executive Officer

Phillip Kilbridge is CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. Kilbridge held a number of management positions in the nonprofit sector, including development director at the Charles River Conservancy in Boston and executive director of Rebuilding Together Oakland. He has served as board president of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California and as a field faculty for Coro Center for Civic Leadership. A native of the San Francisco area, Kilbridge holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of California at Davis and Colorado State University. He is also a graduate of the Coro Fellows Program, a leadership program in public affairs. Kilbridge lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.

In 1989, Peninsula Habitat for Humanity was incorporated, the first step in the  journey to providing homeownership opportunities to working families in this region. Habitat for Humanity San Francisco was founded just a few years later. These two organizations merged to become today's Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco in 2008.

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco's mission is to provide local families with a springboard to secure stable futures through affordable homeownership, financial literacy and neighborhood revitalization.
