April 2015

You'N-I is on a roll. Partner nonprofit organizations are opening programs to help youth on the streets, volunteers are pitching in, and connections are spreading as the residents of our community join forces. As you learn about the progress the Community Foundation's initiative is making in our community, think about what you can personally do to help a vulnerable young person.
Will you s pread the word about the television airing of "The Homestretch"? Volunteer to be a mentor or tutor? Talk with your community or church groups about the situation in Reno and Sparks? Contribute to organizations working to help youth on the streets?
Decide what you can do and take action.

We Are Bound Together.
When you join the Community Foundation, you strengthen your community through charitable giving. You will be connected to the  causes  you care about  today and forever. Together we join forces to make a bigger difference to the  causes you support, to the residents engaged with our community-wide initiatives and  to your family and neighbors. What you can do today affects us now and for generations.

You can work with the Foundation to create a charitable gift that will earn you income, reduce your taxes, or make the most out of property that is no longer working for you.
You can give now or join the Community Foundation Legacy Society, and leave a percentage of your estate to the Foundation as a bequest in your will or trust.

Call us to talk about how you will be a force for good in our part of Nevada.
The results are greater than you could have ever imagined.  775-333-5499
