The Memory Kit

The Memory Kit, launching this month, is a breakthrough product for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The kit helps everyone in the community of care: family caregivers, home health professionals, doctors, social workers and caregiver staff. Memory kit will preserve the voice of the person living with the disease when they can no longer communicate, enabling those around them to understand their preferences. The company is celebrating Mother's and Father's day this year with an awareness campaign and social media fundraiser called "Thanks for the Memories." Visit www.thememorykit.com for more information!
