PILATES RESTORATION STARTS MAY 2, 3:30

This class is a is a great way to meditate while combining some movement and stretching. If you have never tried or need help meditating, this class is for you! Class will include controlled movement, breath work, slowing the mind and walking out feeling restored and energized. Suitable for all Pilates skill levels.

Pilates Restoration starts in May, Tuesdays at 3:30pm. Book/schedule just like you do any other class. If enrollment is less than 3, class will be cancelled. Sign up here.

WAYZATA WEDNESDAYS START NEXT MONTH!

Wayzata Wednesdays are back for Summer '17. Pilates MN is offering a free private session for you and a 'new to Pilates MN' friend on Wednesdays June - August. Call or stop at the front desk to schedule.

Wayzata Wednesday events include:

  • July - Sounds Around Town
  • August - Wine and Wellness

NATIONAL PARKINSON FOUNDATION - MOVING DAY,  TWIN CITIES SATURDAY, MAY 6, 9am AT HILDE PARK IN PLYMOUTH

Pilates MN will be at Moving Day, the National Parkinson Foundation Minnesota Chapter’s annual fundraising walk/run event. It is a fun and inspiring fundraising event that unites families, friends and communities both large and small in the fight against Parkinson’s disease. This celebration of movement will feature three family friendly walk courses and Movement Zones featuring Nordic walking, Tai Chi, seated exercises/Pilates, boxing and Argentine tango.
