Staff Changes
We have a new face at the CVB! The next time you stop by the Welcome Center, Teai Warner will be there to greet you at our front desk.

She recently graduated with honors from Kent State University Tuscarawas with a Bachelors in Business Management. She's excited to learn about the tourism industry and can't wait to showcase all that Tuscarawas County has to offer.
A Message from Tiffany Gerber

"This is a bittersweet message to share with our partners. I am embarking on a new adventure after spending over half of my life at the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau -- I will be joining one of our attractions in a sales capacity!

I am very excited to work on the attraction side of tourism and to remain in the tourism family. I appreciate every single experience and opportunity the CVB has provided for me over the last 25 years and cherish the friendships I have formed. I will continue to champion tourism in the region, and I look forward to working with you all!"

We are going to deeply miss Tiffany's wealth of experience, her connections, and her creativity here at the CVB. More importantly, we're going to miss our friend. All the best!
Best Damn Motorcycle Poker Run
The Best Dam Motorcycle Poker Run will be held on Saturday, June 3. Cost to participate is $25 per person or $45 per couple. Registration will be from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Atwood Lake Park Activity Center. All proceeds donated to Save 22.

The Tuscarawas County CVB is looking for giveaway item donations and a volunteer for the event. The volunteer would need to be available on Saturday, June 3 from Noon to 3 p.m. If you would like to donate your time or an item, please email Diane at partnership@traveltusc.com
Economic Impact
New data from the State Office of Tourism place total 2016 visitor spending in the State of Ohio at $43 billion (direct and indirect) sales. And average spending per person is $111 for a day trip and $360 for an overnight.

We will have local economic impact numbers when they are made available.
