HOLIDAY CRUISES & TOURS | (850) 386-7327 |

What a beautiful season of the year! Our community is ablaze with
colorful flowers; we just celebrated Springtime Tallahassee and Art in the Park. What's not to love?

This is also the perfect time to book your vacation. With the U.S. Dollar conversion rate at a high against the world's currencies, travel abroad has never been more affordable. Now is the time to make your dreams come true. Also, there has never been a better time to set sail to the tranquil waters of the South Pacific, the striking coast of Alaska or embark on a cruise through the heart of Europe or Asia.

On November 17, 2017, my wife, Carol, and I will host a 16-night Grand Europe River Cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest on the Crystal Mahler.  We would love to have you join us. See the details below.

Holiday Cruises & Tours has been honored by Princess Cruises as a top sales agency. Monika Pasquerello, Business Development Manager presented the award. Monika also brought a gift for Stella, our company mascot.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance in planning your family vacations for this year.

TRAVELING WITH A TODDLER
TO THE
WESTIN KA'ANAPALI OCEAN RESORT
BY LUZ ABRIL COYNE

Maui was spectacular and below are some highlights of the property which made my vacation with a two year old, much easier.

We were lucky to have stayed in a one bedroom suite. This provided a large enough space for an almost 2 year old to run around and enjoy the open rooms including a balcony. This room was equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, king sized bed (perfect for a little one to hop on!), oversized Whirlpool Tub and washer/dryer. The kitchen was heaven as everything came included, minus the groceries of course. I prepared breakfast daily that we ate on the balcony, which helped us not rush out  and allowed us to take our time. Having a full kitchen helped me prepping food for my little one and snacks for daddy and myself. This room was also perfect because it comes with a washer/dryer which is a life saver for the whole family.
Norway - In Search of
the N o r t h er n Lights
by Phil Swartz

On this trip, we will venture to the far north beyond the arctic circle. We'll start by flying into Oslo, Norway and spend a couple of days. Then we'll fly due north to the far reaches of Norway to the town of Kirkenes.

After some exciting adventure there, we'll board the Hurtigruten ship - Finnmarken, and voyage south along the western coast of Norway visiting small towns along the way. Upon arriving in Bergen, we'll board the train back to Oslo - one of the top ten scenic train rides in the world. It will be a great week and a half, so come back often to see where we've been and what we've experienced.
WOMENWOMEN'S TRAVEL CLUB

Holiday Cruises & Tours unveiled their "Women's Travel Club" on Thursday, April 27th with a "High Tea" at the Tallahassee Garden Club.  Holiday Cruises & Tours has been in business for 25 years and has had the pleasure of booking travel for many people.  There are women who are single, divorced, and widowed that love to travel but don't necessarily want to travel alone.  There are also women we work with whose spouse/significant other either doesn't care to tr
avel or doesn't share the same travel interests.  With this in mind, Holiday Cruises & Tours saw a need to form a "Women's Travel Club".

Our Women's Travel Club is being formed for like-minded women from all walks of life who love to travel and want to share the experience with others. Friendships can be made, strengthened or renewed. Some of the ideas for future trips include wine tours, cooking classes in Tuscany, Magnolia Farms in Waco, Texas (home of the HGTV show, Fixer Upper). Guests filled out a questionnaire to provide input into the types of trips in which they are interested.

On June 1, Holiday Cruises & Tours will host a wine and cheese reception at our office at 6:00 pm to announce upcoming trips to be offered.  We will also announce the official name for our Women's Travel Club.

FEATURED TOUR

Christian Israel Tour
October 17 - 26, 2017

Join Phil and Carol Swartz, owners of Holiday Cruises & Tours and Pastor Paul Gilbert, of Four Oaks Community Center, on a religious journey to Israel, a land sacred to the Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

This is a Christian tour and will focus on the awe-inspiring sites relevant to biblical Christianity. Israel is the birth place of Jesus, where he lived, died and was resurrected, making this the holiest land for Christians. You will touch and see the physical manifestations of our faith, and have an opportunity to connect personally to the Holy Land.

FEATURED CRUISE

Christmas on the Rhine
16 Night Grand European River Cruise
including Christmas Markets
Hosted by Phil and Carol Swartz
November 17 - December 3, 2017

Our grand journey starts with an overnight in Amsterdam followed by the grandest of voyages along Europe's mightiest rivers - the Rhine, Main and Danube aboard the Crystal Mahler, your all-inclusive, all-suite Crystal river yacht, where luxury knows no bounds. In each stateroom, cruisers will find large bathrooms with twin sinks, walk-in closets and king beds. A single deck will serve as the hub for all public areas, comprising a glass-domed hub area called Palm Court, a library, a gym and a spa. She was launched this year.

Drifting slowly between Amsterdam and Budapest, prepare to explore the capital cities and quaint villages of the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. We will call on the Bavarian city of Nuremberg, famous for its bratwurst, dark beer and spectacular Christmas Market.

Japan is an island nation in the Pacific Ocean with dense cities, imperial palaces, mountainous
national parks and thousands of shrines and temples. Shinkansen bullet trains connect the main islands of Kyushu (with Okinawa's subtropical beaches), Honshu (home to Tokyo and Hiroshima's atomic-bomb memorial) and Hokkaido (fam ous for skiing). Tokyo, the capital, is known for skyscrapers, shopping and pop culture.
An early-morning aerobics class, or a day spent poolside indulging your desire for highly personalized and stylish service. A private  tour in a must-see port of call, or an exotic city explored entirely on your own.  A visit to your ship's state-of-the-art spa, where the nimble fingers of an expertly trained masseuse take away the cares of the world. A sumptuous barbeque at sea, replete with lobster tails and lamb on the grill. A nightcap on deck, complimented by an aficionado's cigar, as you watch the waves pass by.

Luxury cruises offer passengers a world of elegant diversions, plus rare and unexpected opportunities to enjoy life to its fullest. Virtually everything is included, and almost anything is possible.
