The New Format SAT is here!
Confused about the new SAT test format? Call us today to learn about the changes and how your child should prepare.
The redesigned SAT has several changes: there will be no deduction for an incorrect answer; the Essay portion of the exam will now be optional--students will have 50 minutes to complete it and it will be reported separately; the Math Area score will range from 200 to 800 points, and the Reading and Writing score will also contribute 200 to 800 points; the total SAT score will range from 400 to 1600 points, with additional sub-score reporting for each test.

Plan for your child to take a standardized test at least twice to give them the best chance of a high score.
