Hello there,

First off, many thanks go out to all of our recent donors, both to those who contributed outright and also to those who participated in our fundraising efforts by donating auction items and/or bidding on them. I am constantly amazed at the support we receive year after year, and we are ever so grateful to our supporters!

Moving right along, we have much ado in May! We have open houses scheduled, free out door events for our student body, the return of Tap Talks with Brenda Bufalino and a very special workshop in association with Nicholas Young and the Institute for the Rhythm Arts (IFTRA). Check out our list of upcoming events. I hope to see everyone at ALL of them!

LIZ COUSINS

Liz began her love affair with tap back in March 2011 at ATDF in a class with Lynn Schwab, and hasn't looked back. She dove in with head and heart and has volunteered her time for ATDF almost from the start. Originally from Southern California, she moved to NYC in 1997 to pursue the music industry, and has since run her own promotions company since 2002. In 2015 she also began to work in her other passion, professional cat sitting. She loves performing and has choreographed several pieces under the moniker Vaya Con Ritmo, her newest work will be performed at the Adult Showcase on June 24. Obsessed with Star Wars, horror, Woodstock and all things geeky, you can usually find Liz with a huge smile on her face at our events where she always says she is "happy to help".
