Diane Goebel is honored by Big Brothers Big Sisters
 PropertyADVANTAGE Property Manager, Diane Goebel has been honored with the 2011 Operation Bigs Big Sister of the Year for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Diane has been a role model with the Operation Bigs program for the past 4 years. She has demonstrated a commitment to volunteerism with 2 "Littles" over her 4 years with the program.
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest and largest youth mentoring organization in the United States. Volunteers, like Diane, provide Little Brothers and Little Sisters with one-on-one time and attention in their communities or at an after-school mentoring site. Third party independent research has proven that children in the Operation Bigs program do better in school and at home and also avoid violence and substance abuse.
Everyone at PropertyADVANTAGE would like to congratulate Diane on being awarded the 2011 Operation Bigs Big Sister of the Year Award! We are all very proud of her service!

Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation
Due to a new California State law, PropertyADVANTAGE and the owners of your home will be installing carbon monoxide detectors.
A carbon monoxide detector will be installed in each of our managed properties. One detector will be installed on each level of the home.
We will be contacting you over the next few months to schedule the installation. We know you will make every effort to be available for the installation.
