We are excited to bring back our Kids Summer Bootcamp for a second year. For one week, two hours a day, we will inspire your child to be active, strong and healthy; helping in your goals to instill healthy habits for a lifetime.

You do NOT need gloves for Core Combat. Please bring your own if you have them, but we will have some on hand to be borrowed. You'll still want some wraps, though. We sell those at both studios.
FOIL BAKED SALMON + ASPARAGUS
It's asparagus season! So why not combine a power house food such as salmon with this tasty vegetable!
This recipe is simple. Which means you can sit out next to the grill and relax while it does all the work for you.
Creativity in life is key! Switching things up, having fun, it all helps you stay on track. So give these breakfast bars a try if you're looking for a simple, grab-and-go meal.
(Makes 9 servings, 1 bar each)
4 scoops Café Latte Shakeology
2 cups dry old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup chopped raw walnuts
½ cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup mashed banana (approx. 1 medium banana)
1. Combine Shakeology, oats, walnuts, and raisins in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
2. Add almond milk and banana; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.
3. Press mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan; cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Cut into 9 bars.
Calories: 218 per serving
