On Saturday, May 13th from 1:00 to 3:30, enjoy an afternoon of yoga and community.

Our intention in this yoga workshop will be to replenish ourselves with blissful yoga in the community of other radiant, supportive women. Misako will guide you in restorative yoga, pranayama and guided meditation to tend to the caregiver in you.

This workshop will be appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
