A Message From Mayor Steve Noble:
Dear Friends,

I had the pleasure of joining a number of local leaders, along with Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, as we celebrated the relocation of the Hudson Valley Pathways Academy. This is now the first P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School) in the state to be located on a college campus. I am especially pleased to see such a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). As someone with a significant background in the environmental science field, I have seen firsthand how these skills can pave the way for new and exciting opportunities. Kingston is now home to incredible technology-based businesses that continue to evolve and expand, requiring more and more individuals trained in this rapidly developing field. I look forward to seeing this program continue to grow and expand in the coming years and wish the very best for all of the students enrolled in the program!

Did you know that the City of Kingston has an Emergency Notification System? This system allows the City to notify residents of emergencies, changes in services and other important information. Winter is the best time to sign up for this service so you can receive text messages and/or e-mails to alert you of snow emergencies and parking restrictions.

Note: While the system does allow the City to place "robo-calls", we will only use this feature when a State of Emergency is declared or other serious events transpire.
