Train & Refresh
ACF Certification will be hosting events during Cook. Craft. Create. so you can:
· Earn CEHs and refreshers for recertification.
· Complete your Certification Evaluator refresher early. The topic will cover the finer points of evaluating pastry exams.
· Attend Approved Mentor Training for Certification Evaluators looking to take a leadership role in exams and supervise Apprentice Evaluators.

Jamaican Chefs test for ACF Certifications
Thirteen Jamaican college students tested for various levels of ACF certification, and two of Jamaica’s certified chefs were certified as ACF Evaluators, a first for the ACF.
