Meet E&A's New Talent

Lee S. Bienkowski, PhD, P.G., CEM joined the team as Senior Geologist in our Environmental Engineering Department. Bienkowski has 24 years of experience as an environmental consultant specializing in site investigations and remediation. She has managed a variety of projects for commercial, state and local government and federal agency clients. Sites with which she has been involved include automotive service facilities, cell towers, landfills, naval and military installations, proposed roadways, active and closed industrial plants and underground storage tank sites. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Bienkowski graduated with a BA in Geology from Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She earned her MS in Geology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee and her PhD in Geology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. She had been working in the environmental consulting field since 1990 and transferred to Jacksonville, Florida in 1993 where she started working on Florida petroleum sites. Bienkowski will be leading E&A's project effort for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Petroleum Restoration Program.

Andrew T. (Toby) Benoit, M.S., P.G. joined the team as Senior Geologist in our Environmental Engineering Department. Benoit has 26 years of experience in the environmental industry including 21 years of experience as an environmental consultant specializing in site investigations and remediation. He has managed a variety of projects for commercial, state, and local government and federal agency clients. Sites with which he has been involved include automotive service facilities, gas transmission tracts, landfills, military installations, power plant projections, rail yards, and underground storage tanks. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Benoit graduated with a BS in Geology from the University of Florida in 1985 and he earned his MS in Geology from Florida State University in 1992. Benoit will oversee E&A's long-term petroleum cleanup projects for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Petroleum Restoration Program.

Paul Myers joined the team as Building Inspector / Project Manager earlier this year to perform some of E&A's Special Inspection Services. Myers has extensive experience in building construction and inspection, having worked consecutively in the residential and commercial construction and inspection field since 1980. He previously owned a Residential Contractor business for 10 years before taking on the role of Plans Examiner / Building Inspector for Loudoun County, Virginia, in 1991. As a Building Inspector / Project Manager for E&A, Myers performs Threshold Inspection Delegate duties and Private Provider Inspections (3rd Party Inspections).
