Yoga is....
The time that I give myself to just be, letting go of everything else.

How did you discover yoga?
My husband and I had moved from Colorado, and I needed to find an activity to get balance.  I found Agame online and went to my first class with Becky.  I never looked back! 
 
How has yoga helped you physically, mentally, emotionally?
Physically:   I was always athletic in Colorado...hiking, snowboarding and biking.  Yoga has helped me get that strength back.  I sit up straighter and feel like myself again.
 
Mentally:   I often think to myself, just breathe, when I am feeling anxious or upset.  It has me giving myself the time to think things thru in all areas of my life.
