Philip joins the Wall Colmonoy team with over 25 years of finance experience in manufacturing industries.

Philip's positions have included Deputy Managing Director & CFO for Turtle Wax Europe and Finance Director for Akcros Chemicals, a subsidiary of Akzo Nobel. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from New York Stern School of Business. Philip has a proven track record of delivering effective change programs that drive profitability and value creation.

With a skill-set honed primarily in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors, Steve is an experienced senior management executive with a track record for developing and implementing business and operational improvement strategies. As a trained Black Belt, he has achieved operational excellence through the application of Lean and Sigma Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Steve demonstrates a strong, 'hands on', people-centric, leadership style. He facilitates agile team-based organisations with a strong customer focus and builds lasting relationships based on integrity and consistently high performance.

Nick Clark came to Wall Colmonoy in March 2012 as a Process Engineer for the Alloy Products Group. Recently, he was promoted to Machine Shop Business Unit Manager for the UK facility. Nick graduated with honours from University of Michigan with a B.S. in Engineering in Industrial & Operations Engineering. He then went to Columbia University, Graduate School of Business with a focus in Management and Finance. Between Universities, he spent four years as an Intelligence Officer in the US Marine Corps, Captain. He had two combat deployments with an attack helicopter squadron and unmanned aerial vehicle squadron.

John has more than 30 years' experience in the Thermal Spray and High Temperature Brazing industry. John has a Design Engineering background and has also worked in coating and weld overlay related industries such as Oil & Gas, Plastics, Aerospace, Power Generation and Glass Container.

From 1998 to 2005, John was with Wall Colmonoy Ltd (UK). He then went on to spend four years with glass plunger manufacturer, Hunprenco, United Kingdom as Works Director and Company Secretary. John returned to Wall Colmonoy as General Manager, Alloy Products, USA in 2009. He then moved onto the role of Business Development Manager for Central America, South America, and Western Canada.

Richard comes to Wall Colmonoy having over thirty years experience in manufacturing, in a wide range of industries including Defence & Aerospace. An experienced professional with a proven track record in both commercial and project management, Richard is a consistently high performing business leader in many areas including, strategy integration, brand representation, steering negotiations and developing mutually beneficial long-term relationships. He is a Champion of change management, business development and sustainable growth.

Alun Rodge has over thirty years industrial experience in a range of business sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Electrical/Electronics, and Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Alun held senior Technical, Operations, Programme Management and Quality roles in a number of global companies.

A 6-Sigma champion and Lean practitioner with several years experience as an Industrial Engineer, Alun has a wealth of experience in process development and integration, automation and high-speed manufacture, new product development and factory build and relocation.
