Team Fee

Once your team is established, BEFORE games begin, the team fee will need to be paid in full. Team fee is estimated to be at $1600. Which broken down the cost would run from $8 - $11. You can't hardly even go to the movies at that price. That's not including drinks, popcorn, or candy!
May/2011

Just sending out some of the highlights of the meeting this week. We greatly appreciated those that were there and missed those that weren't able to attend. If I missed anything you had a question about it, please let me know. We are ready to get this rolling!

Step Up To the Plate

We Love Our Managers

Being a manager of a team is a vital part of this game. We need a minimum of 4 volunteers to step up. Some of the bullet points of being a manager
  • 2nd in the chain of command. President/ Vice President passes information to you, and you pass along information to your team.
  • Responsible for collecting all team fees
  • Making sure all your players are informed about upcoming schedule changes (if any), rain outs, practices (if any)
  • Organizing a meet and greet as well as an optional practice before the season begins.
  • Collecting umpire fees
  • Getting uniform orders in on time.
  • Maintain an open line of communication between yourself, your league president, and your team.
  • Be a leader
  • Motivating personality
  • Line-up cards before games
  • Have knowledge of WFSA rulebook and substitution specifications (rulebook provided at 1st Manager's Meeting)
  • Most importantly - recruiting players to their teams.
*Managers that lead a team this season will not only have their player registration fee waived, but receive a 20% discount off their portion of the team fee.
