"Give Them Roots and Create Wings"
Dear Friends,

We rely on your generosity to meet the needs of the families that we serve – and our needs are always changing! This
e-news update is focused on our “wish list” and volunteer opportunities.  Please share our list of needs with others.

EPH offers its blessings to you during this season of Lent.

Wish List

  • Area Rugs – for ease of cleaning and maintenance we have gone to laminate floors, so gently used area rugs add warmth and comfort to our homes.

  • High chairs – we have an immediate need for two high chairs. We could also use a few booster seats for younger children.

  • Gently used 32 - 48 inch flat screen TV's (no converter boxes).

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Now that EPH has combined office space with inventory for our homes, we could use a volunteer to help with office cleaning. About two hours once a week.

  • Do you have skills and talents that you would like to offer EPH? We occasionally have projects where we can use people who are willing to do interior painting, would like to be part of a team that installs new laminate or vinyl plank flooring, or has electrical, plumbing or carpentry skills. If you have time available--days, evenings or weekends--we would love to talk with you!

  • Do you have a car? Interested in assisting families with transportation? Let us know, and we’ll guide you through the process of completing a background check. This is a standard “safe from harm” process to ensure the safety of the families that we serve.

Home or Duplex Wanted

  • We are again in the market for a single family home or duplex for our long-term supportive housing program. If you are thinking of selling and would like your home to be used in ministry with homeless families, you will be providing a pathway to self-sufficiency for a family in our community!
