Monday Night Classes are starting soon! All Monday Night classes will be at 7pm at CFC Potsdam. Monday  Night  Classes  are a great opportunity dig a little deeper into some theology or topical studies. This spring we have 2 different sessions of Monday Night classes, one in January and one in February and March.

1st Session: January 15, 22 & 29 (3 weeks). 

Philippians: Finding Victory over Stress, Anxiety and the Trials of Life through Christ led by Bob Dale
Gain insights from Paul's personal experience in overcoming life's  trials through his relationship with Christ. Discover why he could say  "I can do all things through Christ" even while experiencing intense  mental, emotional and physical stress amidst great uncertainty and  bleak circumstances.

Hebrews 6.2: Resurrection of the Dead and Eternal Judgment led by Rick Sinclair and Jonathan Puglia
The resurrection from the dead and promise of eternal life are central  to the faith.  Consider: the Apostles of Jesus witnessed the  resurrected Christ, they preached the resurrection of the dead to the  lost, and they boldly proclaimed it as the hope of the church. Join us
for 3 weeks of in-depth bible study and discover what the Scriptures  teach about the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgement.

2nd Session: March and  February. 

Finding Permanence and Meaning in an Impermanent World: The Book of Ecclesiastes led by Bob Dale (8 week study)
We live in a world where we face uncertainty, evil, and our own  mortality. Is it possible to understand God's plans and purposes? In  the Book of Ecclesiastes, "The Preacher" shares wisdom and insights  that help us understand God's workings and help make sense of our
lives. Discover the comfort, peace, and solid foundation that is yours  through the wisdom of God.

A a study for Women:
Overcoming Bitterness and Unforgiveness: A study of "The Bait of Satan" by John Bevere led by Nancy Demary (6 week study)
There are biblical truths which are absolutely essential for a healthy  Christian life. Chief among them is our need to deal with the offenses  that we encounter in relationships. In this study, we will take an  in-depth look at John Bevere's book, "The Bait of Satan", and ask the
Holy Spirit to help us work though relational conflicts - even in the  hardest of situations.


Awake18 is a one day conference for college students and young adults (17+) to seek the Lord and stir one another in what God is calling us to as we reach college campuses in Northern NY.

This year we will have several CFC college alumni sharing with us. God has done some amazing things over the years, and He isn't finished. What does God have for us in 2018? Let's seek Him together!

  • January 27. 2pm-10pm at CFC Potsdam.
  • Payment will occur at the door, but please register online so we have a headcount. $10 if you register by January 24; $15 for registration at the door.
  • Dinner is included.


Lauren Cruickshank will be offering 2 fitness classes for women this spring. 

Movement, Mommy & Me 
Time: 11:00am - 12:3pm
Dates: Mondays,  January 29 - April 26
Location: CFC Potsdam
Cost: Free (Co-operative childcare included)
This class for mothers and their preschool age children will provide an opportunity for exercise and playtime.

The Daniel Plan Program & Exercise Class
Time:  6:30pm - 8:00pm
Dates: Tuesday,  January 30 - March 27
Place: CFC Madrid, Room 204
Cost: Free
This class will walk through a wholistic picture of health, from food to fitness. This class has a limited number of spots. If you are interested in taking this class please call Lauren at 315.323.7458.


Mark you calendars for  April 19-25! That is when we will be having our 2018  Presbytery meetings.

The Prophetic  Presbytery meetings happen every spring and are significant for us as a church as we seek to walk out the call of God on our lives, corporate and personal.

Keep an eye out for sign ups and more specific detail in the next few months!
