With such fantastic weather the last few days, it's easy to imagine ourselves soaking up the sun on the upcoming Memorial Weekend Cruise! Check out the details below... it's gonna be AWESOME.

Patriot Award:
Club Nautique was honored last Friday with the Patriot award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense. The write up for the award specifically called out Club Nautique's long history of employing Veterans, Drilling and Ready Reservists, several Unlimited Masters (members of the Military SeaLift Command), and supporting Veterans charities and local commands with the annual American Armed Forces Cup (which many members,
owners and instructors have volunteered their time to support over the years!).

Memorial Weekend Cruise
This year's Memorial cruise out will head to California's incredible Delta. And we've got events planned for families with kids or adults looking for an elevated Delta experience!
You'll want to sign up right away, because on Saturday, while families will have time to enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding in Potato Slough and the fun activities at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, the rest of us will be on a wine tour!
The LoCa wine region sits along the Mokulumne River, in the heart of the Delta and was voted Wine Enthusiast's 2015 wine region of the year! Space for the wine tour is limited to 28, and at the time I'm writing this, 4 people have already signed up!
The trip will start Thursday, May 24th in the afternoon when we'll ride the tide and spend the first night in Pittsburg (great marina!). Then we'll make our way up the San Joaquin on our way to Tower Park Marina for Friday night. Saturday is a play day (as described above) and Sunday we'll begin making our way back to the Bay, rafting up for a potluck dinner and hangout! Monday is at your own pace; stop in Benicia or Vallejo for lunch, or sail around the Bay, it's up to you!
