Monthly Regular Board Meetings Open to All

Our 2017 Board of Directors wants to connect with members and has opened the remaining monthly regular Board meetings to members and the business community at large to pose questions, provide insight and feedback and to help shape and guide the Chamber.
Meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of each month, starting at 6:30 pm. Our next regular Board meeting is scheduled for May 16th. Agenda with all the details to follow by email later this week.

Sunday, May 28 at 6726 Eustace Road in Sooke
A community garage sale and auction will be taking place at the Sooke Legion, for the Sooke Legion.
Breakfast from 9am to 12pm
Garage sale/silent auction 11am to 3pm
Family friendly backyard BBQ party 12-close.
Bottle drive until 9-3.
Breakfast will run as per usual downstairs. Garage sale and silent auction will be taking place upstairs. In the afternoon, a backyard BBQ will showcase the newly renovated patio space at the Legion.
Bring the whole family down! Something for everyone including activities for the kids!
All proceeds from this event will be to support the Legion.

Open to the public by donation with all proceeds going to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #54.
Everyone is welcome (no small children). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
No products will be given out or used.
