Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life
In John 11, Jesus came to the tomb of Lazarus, and after Martha told Him that she believed in the resurrection of the dead, Jesus told Martha the He is the resurrection and the life, and that whoever believes in Him, even though he die, yet shall he live. Jesus Christ is God's own Son. He is the resurrection and the life and because of Christ's love for you, even though your earthly life will end, you will live. Jesus Christ is the resurrection and the life, and by His death and resurrection you are given eternal life.
