From the Pastor
Let us be quite sure that we have heeded the word of Christ the good Shepherd. There is no blessing greater than to receive the Word of God and that alone. This is why Jesus so passionately encourages us: "Blessed rather are those who hear the Word of God and keep it" (Lk 11:28). Christ commands that we parents should be teaching the Word of God to our children, so that they would truly be blessed by God. And there is no greater blessing than to be in the Word of God.
We are continuing to replace the parament sets and
the last set to be replaced is the green set. This set is used for much of the year during Pentecost. We are hoping to have a new set in time for Pentecost. Please consider helping us replace this set by making your donation to the parament fund. If you have any questions please contact Martha Fredenburg.
If you have suggestions about things that you'd like to see in the Memorial Messenger, please let the office staff know. We would love to hear from you.
