Thanksgiving is upon us, but this last year has been difficult. With all the unrest in the world, we come to this day searching for peace. In Philippians 4, Paul tells us not to be anxious about anything. This is certainly easier said than done in our world. But he goes on to say this: "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." In His death and resurrection, Jesus gives you peace, not just in an earthly sense, but He gives the peace that the world cannot, eternal peace.
