Cantor's Farewell Breakfast
In celebration of Cantor Muth's ministry among us at MLCS there will be a breakfast in her honor between services on Sunday, 11 June. To help make this possible the fellowship board is asking for breakfast casseroles. The casseroles will need to be delivered either before or during early service. Please contact Mike Jeffers  if you are able to provide one.

Tongues of Fire
Sunday, we celebrate Pentecost, when the tongues of fire descended on Peter and the crowd and each heard Peter's preaching in their own language. This was the work of the Holy Spirit. How does the Holy Spirit work among us? Certainly, the Holy Spirit has given us God's Word, which people of many different tongues can read, hear and learn about, but it is the Holy Spirit who keeps us in the faith by this Word. The Holy Spirit drives away the old, evil foe by keeping us firm in our faith and rooting us in God's Word.

VBS Breakfast Help
VBS is almost here!  Each morning during the week, generous donors provide breakfast for our VBS volunteers.  If you are interested in donating food items, please contact Kim Bohot by clicking her name.  We need a few donations for each day of the week during VBS.  Some ideas are: donuts, bagels, coffee cake, breakfast tacos, juice, milk, granola bars, yogurt,... or a cash donation to help cover cost.  We appreciate your willingness to help with VBS.  THANK YOU to everyone involved!
Nominations for Director of Parish Music
Memorial Lutheran Church & School (MLCS) is working to fill Cantor's position. If you would like to submit a name for consideration, please  click here or submit a written nomination to the church office, complete with your name and contact information. Nominations will be received until 30 June 2017.
