Dear Traveling Ambassador:

We are pleased to announce the destination for the 2015 Chamber of Commerce Men's Traveling Ambassador Trip will be New Orleans, Louisiana. We will depart from the Peoples Bank parking lot together by bus to the Wichita airport at 4:15 AM Thursday morning, September 17, 2015 and arrive in New Orleans at 10:35 AM. We plan to stay at a very nice hotel in the French Quarter. We will be returning to McPherson Monday, September 21st. Our flight is scheduled to leave New Orleans at 12:45 PM and arrive in Wichita at 5:45 PM. A bus will bring the travelers back to McPherson.

Upon arrival we will take a bus tour of New Orleans before checking into the hotel on Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening, we will have our annual banquet that is included in the price of the trip. The banquet will provide an opportunity for networking with fellow businessmen. We will also be awarding the 2015 McPherson Traveling Ambassador Award during this event.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will have activities planned including attending the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New Orleans Saints football game Sunday afternoon. We are planning tours of local sites of interest and looking for some industrial tours within the area. We are still arranging and planning the tours so the actual activities may change but we are sure to have something of interest everyone will enjoy.

The total cost of this fantastic trip is $1,150 per traveler. There are only 30 tickets available so make your reservation and trip payment as soon as possible. We need to have a $500 trip deposit and a copy of the travelers drivers license for the airline tickets by July 24th. The balance to be paid by August 28th.
