Active Adult Feasibility Study
Last April, the Metro District Board of Directors approved a feasibility study to examine the current state of active adult services in the community. A final report of the study, which examines the future direction for active adult programs and services in Highlands Ranch, is now available on the Metro District's website. Click here to view the final report.

The next step is to convene an active adult working group tasked with looking at potential interim facility locations, and the content of services and programs hosted at the facility. The group will also identify long-term goals for the Metro District's Active Adult Programs and Services.
